Pelican Harbor is a cajun restaurant based in Louisiana that serves classic French-Acadian dishes that are packed with delicious spices. This space is a bold experiment that brings the elements of tacky, tropical, and vintage into one harmonious brand. Taking inspiration from the Holy Trinity of cajun cooking and traditions of this style of food.
Taking a literal approach to the prompt tacky/tropical/vintage. Making colors bright and in the customer’s face. Also playing on typical motifs of tropical — such as a pelican. And including the vibrant history of French-Acadian and Creole cruisine.
